1. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. By using Cordia you represent that you meet this requirement. Age verification is required for paid features.

2. What Cordia is

Cordia is a communication platform: members message one another on-site. We are not a marriage broker and do not arrange introductions for a visa or immigration purpose. Communication takes place within the platform.

3. Credits and payments

Certain features (messaging, media) are paid using credits. Credit prices are shown at purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Chargebacks or disputes may result in reversal of credits and account review.

4. Conduct

No harassment, fraud, impersonation, or attempts to move members off-platform to evade our safety and payment protections. We may filter or mask contact information shared in messages.

5. Contact exchange & disclosures

Exchanging personal contact details is a premium action and, for members in certain jurisdictions (including the United States), triggers additional disclosure and consent steps required by law. Consent by the recipient is required and cannot be waived.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
